Goal 9: The graduate of the educational administration
program will be a reflective professional who will display commitment
to growth as a professional.
Growth as a professional in administration is an important part of
staying current with issues in education and contributing the self to
activities in and outside of the
office of the principal. This
goal helps to establish the reality that all administrators should find
other avenues to contribute their expertise and support in activities
in
the community and education nationwide. The below goals will
reflect expereinces in the community in relationship to professional
organizations, coaching, and
research of effective leadership that
