This current event is a summary of a pluralistic issue in today's schools that many educational leaders face on a day to day basis.  The facts of the article are addressed and a brief reflection is given towards the topic.  Looking at these issues offers insight for future administrators as to potential challenges they may face in their own school and gives insight as to how the problem or issue could have been dealt with better as an effective leader.
