This artifact is one of four collateral reading assignments where I was asked to take a recent publication related to school finance, report on the findings of the article, and offer a reaction to what information was found from the article.  The articles offered a current school finance perspective about today's issues with school finance and allowed me to offer my own reaction and perspective toward the article.  The articles also connected with topics in the book that offered different perspectives to what the authors of the book may have explained.
